Spacious and Comfortable

I loved the Deluxe King Room! It was great, quiet, and spacious, giving me enough room to open three big suitcases and still have space left to spare. The Samsung airdresser, hairdryer, and straightener were a standout feature, along with the firm and comfy bed which provided a wonderful night's sleep. The inclusion of a bathtub was a lovely bonus!

Amazing Bath Experience

The bathroom in the Premier Suite was fantastic! It was spacious and included both a huge bathtub and a separate shower area. It made my stay feel luxurious, and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the bath after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the high shower pressure as well!

Comfy Beds, Great Sleep

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Cozy Tree Hotel Seomyeon. The location near two subway lines made it convenient to explore Busan, and my room was spacious and clean, though there were a few cleanliness issues to address. Some aspects of service could be improved, especially the language barrier, which led to a frustrating checkout experience.

I stayed in a Beautiful King Room that was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, though I did have some issues with my room key card, which led to an inconvenience getting locked out. The size of the room was a plus, but it had a sandy floor that needed attention.

The staff were friendly and always smiling; however, most didn't speak English. This made it challenging to communicate, especially when I tried to figure out the tax refund process at checkout. (Using a translation app helped a bit, but it was still tricky.)
